Experience Mr. Rankin has 22 years of experience in the supervision of major construction projects as Resident Engineer. He has acquired considerable experience in all aspects of motorway and major road construction. Mr. Rankin led a multi-national team in Italy to review a number of problematic contractual issues as technical advisors to PricewaterhouseCoopers. He prepared the final technical report presented to TAV, the Italian State Railway body responsible for development of the High Speed Rail network. Seconded to State Railway Authority for the design and construction of the city underground system by a mixture of cut and cover and tunneling techniques.
