Outline of Project

Cadogans formed part of a team supervising the construction of Jamuna Bridge, Bangladesh. The bridge is a "multipurpose" bridge carrying road traffic, a gas pipeline and a high voltage transmission line. It also has a dual gauge railway. The pipeline in the picture is 30" diameter and operates at a pressure of 80 Bar. The bridge is 4 km long. The supervision included 2 km of pipework on either side which is cathodically protected.
