Alan Carruthers
Mr. Carruthers has considerable experience in the mechanical, process and power industries covering engineering of incinerators, boilers, CHP, chimneys and production processes.
Abdul Hashmi
Research and preparation of evidence for cases covering power stations, pipe work, & boilers etc. Assisting senior colleagues in the preparation of expert evidence. Investigation of defective engineering design and plant mal-performance.
David McIntyre
David is an experienced construction professional. He has a track record of assisting clients and their advisors resolve disputes and negotiate settlements concerning the construction and performance of large complex power and process projects throughout the world.

Mr Patel has over 20 years of experience in the field of civil engineering including, civil-structural, construction and geotechnical engineering.
Fraser MacFarlane
Time-served electrician with a degree in Building Services Engineering. 20 years of maintenance and installation experience.
Gordon McMaster
Mr McMaster has had wide experience in the building services industry over a period of more than 37 years, with the last 6 years at Senior Engineer level and prior to that 10 years at Associate Director level.
Iain Hall
Mr Hall is an experienced mechanical engineer with a 20 year employment record. This has included positions in power station project and maintenance engineering, and then in engineering consultancy, including contractual claims investigation and engineering expert witness work. His work has related to power generation plant (geothermal, thermal and renewables), boiler plant, process plant, mechanical building services, and other mechanical equipment.
Jim Crawford
Mr. Crawford has extensive experience of the Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation Engineering associated with Civil Engineering and Building projects. This includes hospitals in the public and private sectors, public buildings, bridges, motorways, marine works, water supply and wastewater treatment, electrical generation including embedded generation and distribution at high voltage. He also has experience of offshore installations and a range of electrical related disciplines ranging from cathodic protection to telemetry.
John McCullough
Extensive experience in the mechanical, process, energy and environmental industries. John McCullough has acted as forensic engineer and expert witness in many cases of litigation, public inquiry and arbitration in the UK and abroad. He has acted as expert in expert determination matters in the UK and abroad and has been tribunal appointed expert in an International Chamber of Commerce arbitration in Europe. He also does criminal cases with engineering content.
Jim MacDonald
Mr. Macdonald has some twenty-eight years experience in the design, contract administration, financial control and site supervision of mechanical building services for a broad range of domestic, commercial, industrial and healthcare premises. He has acted as a team member at a senior level providing detailed technical and financial advice to the principal expert in a number of expert witness appointments in the mechanical building services and plant engineering field over the last eight years.

Mrs McNeill has experience in Health & Safety, Mechanical, Energy and Forensic Engineering.
Roddy Wilkie
Mr. Wilkie has gained extensive and varied experience over the last 24 years of Mechanical, Process, Energy and Power Engineering relating to survey, investigative and trouble shooting types of work and also design, installation, project engineering and project management. Key experience relates to Energy and Power Engineering including Energy, Fuels, Combustion, Power Generation, CCGT’s, Chimneys, Incineration and Renewable Energy.

Dr Lavingia is a civil engineer with broad technical knowledge and professional experience of working in Fortune-100 as well as start-up organizations in the civil-structural and telecom industries. Apart from the professional experience, he has experience of teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses at civil engineering institutions in India and USA.

Mr O'Britis has over 30 years experience encompassing both public and private sectors. He has a broad based experience of technical and practical aspects of civil/structural/geotechnical engineering.
Jack Bennett
Mr. Bennett has 40 years experience in Civil Engineering and has specialised in Marine Works, Highway Structures and other infrastructure. He has extensive experience on major projects both in UK and overseas in assessment, design, construction and rehabilitation works.
Mia Caldwell
Chemical and corrosion engineer with 27 years of industrial experience in the field of corrosion science and electrochemistry, spanning the areas of troubleshooting and failure analysis, testing and monitoring, and expert witness and litigation support.
David Carmichael
As a former MD, expert experience includes association with many of the firm's appointments on process plant failures, fires, personal injury and public inquiries.
