Mrs McNeill has experience in Health & Safety, Mechanical, Energy and Forensic Engineering.
She has design experience gained on projects for the Ministry of Defence and commercial organisations.
Mrs McNeill has authored reports on personal injury cases and Health and Safety, covering a variety of subjects such as forklift trucks, manual handling, COSHH, working at height, hand arm vibration, Risk Assessments, safe systems of work and provision and use of work equipment.
She has assisted more senior colleagues in the preparation of expert evidence in cases of litigation, arbitration and public inquiry. Her knowledge covers both civil and criminal proceedings.
Her experience includes research and preparation of evidence for cases covering disputes, industrial accidents, carbon monoxide poisoning, fires and explosions. Mrs McNeill has also co-authored a market research report relating to renewable energy.
